Job description
Role Summary
This position requires an individual who demonstrates sharp analytical skills, adept communication abilities, and sound judgment to operate independently within a healthcare environment. The role demands competence in handling demanding and stressful situations and making appropriate decisions promptly.
Primary Duties
- Employ expertise in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, alongside Electronic Health Records (EHR) platforms to support healthcare processes.
- Execute activities related to managing healthcare data and aiding clinical operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of relevant experience in the healthcare domain.
- Possession of Registered/Professional Nursing credentials, expertise in Epidemiology or Microbiology, or a Master's degree in Public Health (MPH).
- Florida state licensure is mandatory for Registered Nurses and Clinical Laboratory Technologists; however, this is not a requirement for MPH degree holders.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight in high-stress circumstances.
