Role Overview

Are you passionate about nurturing infants and guiding their developmental journey? We seek dedicated Infant Care Teachers to join us, focusing on infant wellbeing and learning, supported by a network of program specialists and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver developmentally appropriate curricula and programs for infants, incorporating emerging educational trends and creating new initiatives, resources, and practices to elevate learning quality.
• Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with colleagues and families served by the center.
• Coordinate and manage family and community engagement programs emphasizing community contribution.
• Perform routine caregiving duties, constantly seeking improvements to enhance service quality.
• Promote and contribute to professional standards by embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values, and advancing innovative and high-quality practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of either a Higher Certificate in Infant Care, Advanced Certificate in Early Years, or an equivalent qualification.
• Mandatory EY1 certification.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Effective communication skills with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Proficiency in English or Mandarin, both written and spoken.
