Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and masking
• Apply primers, base, and specialty coatings according to specifications
• Operate and maintain painting equipment and systems
• Conduct quality inspections of painted components
• Perform touch-ups and rework as needed

Requirements

• Experience as a painter is preferred
• Background in painting metal or mechanical parts is advantageous
• Meticulous, precise, and dependable work approach
• Ability to work well within a team, handle stress, and adapt flexibly
