Key Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and drawings to establish procedures and determine parts requirements.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs; install processing and packaging equipment using knowledge of electrical, utility, and facility systems for effective maintenance.
• Execute planned preventive and predictive maintenance activities while maintaining accurate maintenance records.
• Participate actively in preventive maintenance of all building and processing equipment on a daily basis.
• Efficiently set up, inspect, and shut down equipment during production processes and changes.
• Assist with organizing work activities including parts preparation and drawing interpretation.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, power transmission systems, pumps, vacuum systems, hydraulics, and pneumatic controls.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Must hold a Licensed Millwright certification (433A).
• Experience with conveyors, high-speed slicers, pumps, compressors, and electrical/electronic controls.
• Familiarity with pipe fitting practices and steam piping systems.
• Working knowledge of vacuum, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in SAP software.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with contractors and reliability teams.
• Willingness to perform other assigned duties.
