Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an Independent Consultant to lead comprehensive client engagements from inception to completion. This position involves diagnosing client challenges, formulating strategic recommendations, and executing solutions with a hands-on approach and structured methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client projects from initial scoping through to final delivery
- Perform detailed diagnostic analyses and craft tailored strategic advice
- Develop client-specific models, frameworks, and decision-making tools
- Facilitate executive workshops and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership teams
- Manage client relationships and proactively identify additional business opportunities
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of company intellectual property and methodologies
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of five years’ experience in management consulting or comparable operational roles
- Proven success in executing impactful client projects
- Strong analytical abilities combined with structured problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, demonstrating executive-level presence
- Experience managing project workstreams and mentoring junior professionals
- Advanced degree such as MBA is highly preferred

Compensation and Benefits
