Job description
Role Overview
As an In Work Support Mentor based primarily in Bendigo and Castlemaine, with occasional visits to Kyneton and Gisborne, you will play a vital role in assisting participants to achieve and maintain their employment goals through ongoing support and guidance.
Core Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach participants to overcome challenges encountered in their new employment roles.
- Ensure participants have access to necessary tools and resources to facilitate their success.
- Conduct regular participant check-ins and refer them to appropriate support services when required.
- Engage and collaborate with employers to advocate for clients and cultivate constructive workplace relationships.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements
- Possession of a valid Police Check and Working with Children Check before starting employment.
- Ability to set up a myGovID to access relevant Government data necessary for the role.
