As an Aussie Store Broker, you will be recognized as a key expert in your local community, trusted to guide Australians confidently through the process of finding, buying, and owning their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in clients, online leads, and scheduled in-store appointments focused on customers ready to proceed.

• Assist clients through every step of their home loan journey, from the initial search to settlement and further.
• Coordinate deal submissions with the in-house processing team, minimizing administrative tasks.
• Utilize the expanded service offerings, including buyer’s agent and conveyancing referrals, to boost referral income.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking or willingness to obtain it prior to commencement (support provided).
• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Motivation and commitment to contribute actively to the growth of your retail branch.
• Genuine enthusiasm for enabling customers to fulfill their homeownership ambitions.
• Unrestricted legal work rights in Australia.
