Role Overview
This position is a pivotal member of Rippling's Global Implementation team based in Dublin. As an Implementation Manager, you will independently manage multiple client projects to deploy Rippling’s all-in-one Employee Management Platform. Your expertise in HR, payroll, or accounting, combined with thorough knowledge of Rippling’s global products, will ensure smooth onboarding and adoption for diverse customers across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a product expert within 60 days and a resource for internal and external stakeholders by 90 days.
- Manage multiple client implementations independently, ensuring successful platform rollouts.
- Drive customer onboarding timelines and promote product adoption by aligning solutions with client needs and best practices.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to provide domain expertise and enhance implementation processes.
- Contribute to documentation and refinement of implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Work closely with Customer Experience and R&D teams to incorporate customer insights into product and process improvements.
- Consistently embody Rippling’s company values.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles within HR, Payroll, or Accounting sectors.
- Fluency in English and either German or Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proven track record managing several projects simultaneously, delivering on time without detail falling through the cracks.
- Strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Resourceful problem solver eager to understand customer needs deeply and creatively find solutions.
- Ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders from executives to frontline staff across IT, Operations, HR, and Finance.
- Capable of working autonomously, prioritizing tasks effectively while identifying and addressing internal and external obstacles.
- Proactive mindset with a positive attitude towards solving challenges head-on.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR, Payroll, or Accounting software platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Salesforce (SFDC), G Suite, Outreach, and Mac computers.
Work Model & Additional Information
Rippling operates on a hybrid office model, requiring employees who live within the Dublin area to work onsite at least three days per week to promote collaboration and company culture.
