Position Overview
The Implementation Consultant serves as a specialized expert in employee benefits, managing the entire benefit implementation journey for new clients. This role demands cross-department collaboration, regulatory compliance, and dedication to delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end benefit implementation process ensuring smooth client onboarding to services.
- Act as the main liaison for clients during implementation, addressing queries and offering guidance on system setups and best operational practices.
- Work closely with teams such as Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll to align implementation efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends, benefit regulations, workflows, and complex client scenarios.
- Spot and recommend chances to improve implementation processes and increase efficiencies.
- Participate in webinars, seminars, and ongoing training to enhance expertise.
- Engage in ad hoc projects and support continuous improvement of tools and methodologies.

- Exceptional attention to detail, skilled in data analysis and quality assessments.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent with applicable experience or certifications.
- At least three years’ experience in benefit implementation, administration, or a related HR field.
- Proficient with HR platforms, notably PrismHR, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Deep knowledge of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and related programs.
- Experience managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.
- Familiarity with applicable federal and state benefit regulations.
