Role Overview

The Imo position is a full-time, on-site role situated in the Riyadh Region. The key duties involve managing daily delivery operations by planning optimal routes and tracking shipment statuses throughout the day. The incumbent will liaise with drivers, dispatch teams, and clients to confirm delivery details, troubleshoot issues, and communicate delays or changes. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, updating internal tracking systems, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies. The role demands close collaboration with the local operations team to achieve service goals and maintain quality standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple deliveries and priorities effectively.
