- Perform AML/KYC verifications and preliminary assessments related to Source of Wealth and Source of Funds.
- Detect and escalate any compliance concerns, inconsistencies or red flags encountered.
- Request further documentation or proof as necessary to comply with regulations.
- Keep detailed records of client onboarding and compliance activities.
- Engage with government authorities, regulatory agencies, intermediaries, and other stakeholders to facilitate application progression.

- Proven ability to independently handle migration files and client relationships.
- Knowledge of local and international residency and citizenship programmes.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC processes, due diligence, as well as Source of Wealth and Source of Funds protocols.
- Strong skills in client and stakeholder relationship management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple concurrent cases and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-driven with capacity to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating ownership.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and digital workflow management tools.
- A proactive, motivated, and solution-focused mindset centered on client satisfaction.
What We Offer
- Competitive monthly remuneration aligned with experience and qualifications.
- A performance-linked incentive program based on successful file completions after probation.
- A one-time €300 allowance for home office setup.

- A hybrid work setup including access to office space in Kenya.
- Opportunity to interact with international clients, partners, service providers, and regulators.
- Experience exposure to a wide scope of global residency and citizenship programmes.
- Prospects for career advancement within a growing global investment migration firm.
