Role Overview
The role is full-time and based onsite in Dubai, operating on UK shift hours from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM GST. The Immigration Consultant will guide clients through complex international immigration procedures, including visa application preparation, documentation, compliance checks, and problem-solving immigration-related challenges. Close teamwork with internal departments is essential to ensure a seamless client journey.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to assess immigration needs and provide tailored advice.
- Prepare, review, and submit visa applications and related documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with pertinent immigration laws and regulations.
- Analyze complicated immigration cases and offer effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service delivery for clients.
Candidate Requirements
- In-depth understanding of global immigration systems, visa requirements, and related regulations.
- Proven experience in immigration consulting with strong client advisory skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and excellent communication abilities, with high attention to detail.
- Adept at analyzing complex cases and delivering pragmatic solutions.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is advantageous.
- Previous experience in international immigration services or case management roles is highly preferred.
