Overview
We are seeking an experienced Identity Engineer to join a well-established organization based in Sydney. This permanent role involves enhancing and managing the company’s identity and access management infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient identity governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems.
- Work extensively with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to safeguard critical access.
- Manage, optimize, and advance capabilities within Microsoft Entra ID.
- Oversee identity lifecycle processes and enforce access control policies across the organization.
- Drive automation efforts and lead continuous improvements in identity-related workflows.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on expertise in identity engineering, specifically with Microsoft identity technologies. Familiarity with IAM/IGA and privileged access environments is critical to success in this role.
