Role Overview

We are seeking an Ident & Research Manager to join our Munich recruiting team at the earliest opportunity. In this role, you will support the recruitment team by strategically sourcing suitable candidates at the Executive and C-Level tiers, substantially contributing to the success of our search mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop identification strategies tailored to specific project briefs, analyze target industries, research target companies, and identify appropriate candidates using common professional networks.
• Engage candidates at a high level when needed, assess their professional and personal suitability for roles, and motivate promising personalities for further discussions with the project leader.
• Lead special projects within the recruiting environment, focusing on advancing AI-supported recruitment processes and reporting tasks, thereby actively enhancing efficiency, quality, and transparency in our search mandates.

Candidate Profile

• A completed university degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience in research at a reputable personnel consultancy or research agency, particularly identifying candidates at top executive levels.
• A high degree of initiative, independence, and ambition.
• Strong self-organization skills combined with logical problem-solving and perseverance in managing complex projects.
• Capability for strategic thinking and planning.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent and accent-free German.
