ID Checker

Overview

As an ID Checker at Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc., you will play an essential role in supporting our bartenders, servers, assistant managers, and the entire team by ensuring adherence to Florida State laws regarding identification verification. This role requires a warm, observant, and approachable demeanor to maintain the welcoming and friendly atmosphere that Flanigan's is well known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor activities within the restaurant to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide assistance to management as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate clearly, listen attentively, read, and write proficiently in English.
• Maintain physical stamina to stand and move briskly for up to four hours continuously.
• Perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, and frequently lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Use hand-eye coordination to grasp objects, handle tools, and operate equipment safely.
• Hold a valid Florida State “D” driver's license.

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Work schedule consists of five days per week.
• Paid vacation entitlement increases with tenure: one week after the first year, two weeks after two years, and three weeks following ten years of service.
