Job Overview

Mini Myths Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their Vadilal Hangout Ice Cream Parlour team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This position involves preparing desserts, delivering excellent customer service, managing billing, and overseeing store operations.

Key Duties

• Manage store activities including opening, closing, cleaning of premises and equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Prepare products such as scooping ice cream, making shakes and desserts, and handling waffle toppings.
• Interact with customers by taking orders, serving, and tactfully managing any complaints.
• Perform billing using POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain daily cash records.
• Update inventory software records, conduct physical stock checks, and place orders to replenish stock.
• Coordinate with Vadilal representatives and support marketing efforts including local promotions and basic photo/video creation for social media.
• Engage in physical tasks such as lifting stock weights between 10 to 20 kilograms and standing for extended periods.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience preferred in ice cream parlour, café, or juice/shake outlets.
• Essential skills include customer service, ice cream and shake preparation, cash handling, basic computer and POS operation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Café experience, quick learning ability, and a friendly disposition are advantageous.

• Uniforms including company-provided T-shirt and cap are mandatory; shoes are required to be worn.
• Personal grooming standards include clean haircut and nails; use of tobacco or gutka is not permitted.
• Participation in local promotional activities is expected.
