Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IBR Quality Engineer to oversee and manage quality assurance processes adhering to Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR). The ideal candidate will have experience working with pressure vessels, heat exchangers, steam equipment, or piping manufacturing, and will be responsible for managing customer and regulatory inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update all necessary documentation compliant with Indian Boiler Regulations.
- Handle customer and IBR inspections efficiently.
- Maintain quality records consistent with company’s Quality Management System.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and compile quality records.
- Assemble Manufacturing Record Books (MRB) and Quality Dossiers.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E.) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in pressure vessel, heat exchanger, steam equipment, or piping manufacturing quality assurance.
- Familiarity with quality control practices and inspection procedures.
- Ability to manage documentation according to regulatory requirements.

Diploma / ITI / Vocational
