Overview
Join PilgrimEurope as a Hygiene Nights Operative at our Attleborough facility in Norfolk. This role requires an individual ready to contribute to our food manufacturing success by maintaining stringent hygiene standards during night shifts. A detail-oriented and motivated approach is essential.
Working Hours and Compensation
The position follows a 4 on 4 off night shift schedule, working from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, allowing considerable personal time between shifts. The role offers a competitive monthly wage, with opportunities to earn upwards of a3500 per week.
Role Purpose
This role is central to maintaining the hygiene standards on site, with a strong emphasis on both product quality and the safety of colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety consistently when performing duties.
- Execute only the tasks for which training has been completed and within your responsibility scope; avoid operating unauthorized equipment.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are supported by formal risk assessments.
- Support and promote the Go for Zero safety culture, encouraging safe behaviors and addressing unsafe practices among colleagues.
- Perform any required safety inspections and maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Wear all mandated personal protective equipment (PPE) to complete tasks safely.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and report safety concerns promptly to appropriate personnel.
