HVAC Project Engineer - Planning, Estimation, and Sales

Role Overview

This role involves overseeing HVAC project execution, including planning, estimating costs, and supporting sales efforts. The engineer will be responsible for managing installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems on site with strict adherence to time, safety, quality, and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities related to HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning at the project location.
• Track and control project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor operations to ensure timely completion and cost efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and technical design details throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and design teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges encountered on site.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines including Industrial Safety, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Production, Energy and Power, Environmental, Instrumentation and Control, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
• Have at least one year of hands-on experience managing HVAC project execution phases.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of applicable local codes and effective project management principles.
