Rose Sweets is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to become part of their team located in Riyadh, Second Industrial City.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Manage personnel affairs and foster positive employee relations.
- Handle final settlements and ensure smooth employee clearance processes.
- Oversee the management of employee files, contracts, leaves, attendance records, and other HR-related transactions.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least three years of professional experience in human resource management.
- Proficient understanding of Saudi labor laws and experience working with government HR platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong emphasis on follow-through and effective communication.
