Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee and support day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate will manage employee records, facilitate recruitment and onboarding, track attendance and leaves, coordinate benefits, assist with payroll-related HR tasks, handle employee inquiries, support performance management, generate HR reports, and ensure alignment with Saudi labor regulations. Collaboration with management on workforce planning and employee development will also be essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations and maintain precise employee records.
- Manage employee contracts, renewals, and all HR-related documentation.
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and maintain related documentation.
- Coordinate employee benefits including medical insurance and other HR services.
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate HR and attendance data.
- Address employee inquiries and aid in resolving workplace concerns.
- Protect confidentiality of all employee and company information.
- Prepare comprehensive HR reports and update HR databases regularly.
- Ensure strict compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
- Liaise with government platforms and authorities such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad as necessary.
- Support initiatives related to performance management and employee development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations, company policies, and Saudi labor legislation.
- Experience managing employee records, contracts, attendance, benefits, and personnel administration.
- Familiarity with Saudi government HR platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is beneficial.
- Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of handling confidential data with utmost professionalism.
- Ability to work independently while effectively cooperating with various departments.
- Must be available for on-site work in Riyadh.
- Position exclusively open to Saudi female candidates residing in Riyadh.
