Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and onboard leading recruiters and hiring managers within Azerbaijan to join the Workistry platform.
• Forge and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies looking for talent sourcing collaborations.
• Design and implement a strategic growth plan for expanding the recruiter network throughout Azerbaijan.
• Conduct proactive candidate sourcing, comprehensive screening, and accurate matching for partner companies’ recruiting needs.
• Act as the representative of Workistry at recruitment events, industry networking meetups, and professional conferences across Azerbaijan.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Possession of a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of three years of recruitment experience in Azerbaijan, either within agencies or corporate in-house teams.
• A robust pre-existing network of hiring managers, recruiters, or HR professionals throughout Azerbaijan.
• Demonstrated success in placement achievements across diverse industry sectors.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills focused on relationship development.
• Proficiency and ease in using digital recruitment tools such as ATS software, LinkedIn, and networking applications.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is USD 35,000 to USD 60,000.
