Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and screening to coordinating interviews and extending job offers.
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure new employees are fully prepared, compliant, and productive from their first day.
• Serve as the primary contact point for employee inquiries, HR service requests, and support needs.
• Compile and verify monthly payroll data including overtime, allowances, and deductions for accuracy.
• Execute offboarding procedures such as managing resignations, clearance formalities, final settlements, and exit documentation.
• Operate proficiently with HRIS software and interact with government HR platforms.
• Apply thorough knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and payroll operations to ensure compliance.
• Guarantee that all HR functions align with Saudi labor legislation, mandatory government platforms like GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and company policies.
• Maintain precise employee records and manage all relevant HR documentation diligently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Bring at least five years of substantial hands-on HR experience encompassing the entire employee lifecycle.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is required.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive information.
