The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DR Congo) is a key focus for our global expansion, and this role is pivotal to achieving that objective.
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter to spearhead our recruitment activities within DR Congo. This role is highly visible and requires direct engagement with top recruiters and employer partners to grow our presence and influence. As the Workistry representative in DR Congo, you will cultivate talent pipelines, foster client partnerships, and enhance our recruiter network across the nation’s most dynamic employment hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and onboard leading recruiters and hiring managers throughout DR Congo to the Workistry platform.
- Establish and nurture working relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies aiming to access talent collaborations.
- Design and implement strategic growth plans for expanding Workistry’s network of recruiters in DR Congo.
- Engage in candidate sourcing, screening, and facilitate matches for employers partnered with Workistry.
- Serve as the Workistry ambassador by attending recruitment events, industry gatherings, and conferences within DR Congo.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Bring at least 3 years of recruitment experience within DR Congo, either agency-based or corporate.
- Maintain an active network of HR professionals, hiring managers, or recruiters within DR Congo.
- Demonstrate a successful history of placements across diverse industry sectors.
- Communicate fluently and effectively in English with strong interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient with various digital recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, professional networking platforms, and relevant apps.
Remuneration
The salary range for this position is USD 20,000 to 35,000 annually.
