Job Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard leading recruiters and hiring managers from across Armenia onto the Workistry platform.
• Establish and maintain solid partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies looking for talent acquisition collaborations.
• Create and implement a strategic growth plan aimed at expanding the Workistry recruiter network in Armenia.
• Handle candidate sourcing, screening, and matching processes for partner companies.
• Serve as Workistry’s representative at recruitment events, industry meetups, and conferences within Armenia.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree.
• Have a minimum of three years of recruiting experience within Armenia, whether agency-based or in-house.
• Maintain a well-established network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters located in Armenia.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of successful hiring placements across various industry sectors.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships, with proficiency in English.
• Be comfortable utilizing digital recruiting tools such as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and networking applications.

Compensation Details

The role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 55,000 to 75,000.
