Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter to oversee recruitment operations in Albania. The role involves expanding our recruiter community as well as forming partnerships with leading employers in the region. This position is client-facing and strategic, requiring active engagement with talent acquisition and relationship building among hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers across Albania to join the Workistry platform.
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies interested in talent partnership collaborations.
- Create and implement a growth strategy to increase the presence and reach of the Workistry recruiter network within Albania.
- Execute candidate sourcing, screening, and matching processes for partner companies.
- Act as a Workistry representative at recruitment events, industry gatherings, and professional conferences throughout Albania.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of three years experience in recruiting within Albania, either agency-based or in-house.
- Maintain a robust network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters operating in Albania.
- Demonstrate a history of successful placements across multiple industry sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in English.
- Comfortable utilizing digital recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, and networking applications.
Compensation Details
The annual salary range for this position is USD 35,000 to 50,000.
