Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to manage and oversee daily HR operations and employee affairs efficiently. This role involves preparing employment contracts, maintaining accurate employee records, and handling essential employee procedures on various government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee clearance procedures.
- Track employee leaves, attendance, entitlements, and allowances diligently.
- Generate HR reports and provide support with payroll processing.
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and regulations applicable within the region.
- Monitor Saudization and Nitaqat compliance to meet government mandates.
- Participate actively in refining and enhancing HR policies and workflows.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience within the Human Resources domain.
- Strong familiarity with government HR platforms related to employee management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and associated regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with particular emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills along with effective communication and follow-up capabilities.
