Role Overview
The Human Resources Specialist will be based full-time on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, overseeing the daily HR functions. This position entails managing employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining detailed personnel records, administering employee benefits and leave programs, and applying HR policies consistently. The specialist will assist in driving performance management, address employee relations fairly, coordinate recruitment processes, and support training initiatives. Additionally, the role requires ensuring adherence to Saudi labor laws and collaborating with leadership to promote a diverse and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel documentation.
- Administer employee benefits and leave programs efficiently.
- Support the enforcement and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with performance management processes and resolve employee relations issues impartially.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection efforts tailored to organizational needs.
- Contribute to training and development programs for employee skill enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations within HR operations.
- Collaborate with managers to foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in human resources, preferably within food & beverage, hospitality, or multi-site retail sectors.
- Strong practical knowledge of HR management and daily HR operations.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem.
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Labor Law and its application within HR practices.
- Capability to manage personnel records, benefits, and policy compliance effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Hands-on experience with HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional HR certifications are advantageous.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Strong organizational skills suitable for managing high-volume and high-turnover recruitment processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism while handling multiple responsibilities.
