About the Opportunity
This role involves serving as the key operational liaison between the vendor and CLIENT in Dubai. The Human Risk Management Specialist will focus on advancing cybersecurity awareness and mitigating human-related cyber risks exclusively for CLIENT through onsite presence at their facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with CLIENT’s Risk & Cybersecurity Awareness team to coordinate awareness initiatives.
- Develop and audit Arabic cybersecurity awareness content ensuring it aligns with cultural and linguistic nuances.
- Oversee platform administration including user management, campaign scheduling, and system configurations.
- Act as the main contact for CLIENT employees and affiliated healthcare facility staff concerning cybersecurity awareness.
- Organize awareness campaigns, events, workshops, and training programs.
- Compile and deliver regular monthly and quarterly reporting to CLIENT stakeholders.
- Engage with users and departments failing to comply with training mandates to ensure completion.
- Support the creation of the annual cybersecurity awareness plan and maintain audit documentation for ISO, ISR, and DGEP standards.
- Continuously monitor human cyber risk metrics, manage mitigation efforts, and strive to reduce overall organizational risk.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of awareness content from scripting and translation through quality assurance, approval, and publication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Over five years’ experience in cybersecurity awareness, governance, or human cyber risk management roles.
- Fluency in Arabic at a native or near-native level with strong professional proficiency in English.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA; CSAP certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols specific to the healthcare industry.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Dubai.
