Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and insightful Human Resources Operations Managers to become part of our international recruitment team at Ultainfinity Global Group. Suitable candidates should hold a degree such as BA, BSc, MA, MSc, or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job role criteria.
• Create compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Source and screen candidates through various platforms including phone interviews, LinkedIn, Teams, and Telegram.
• Conduct interviews and support the formation of a diverse and effective global team.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in recruitment, including knowledge of interview tactics, sourcing methods, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, time management, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proven ability to establish trust-based, cooperative work relationships.
• Capacity to develop strategic recruitment plans and make quick, independent decisions.
