Human Resources Officer

Position Summary

Smart Tobacco LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Officer with 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. The role involves overseeing routine HR tasks, managing employee relations, handling recruitment and onboarding, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR activities and maintain comprehensive employee records.
• Manage recruitment processes including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
• Keep accurate and orderly employee files along with HR documents.
• Administer attendance and leave systems while maintaining related records.
• Assist with payroll processing and other administrative HR tasks.
• Respond to employee inquiries and help resolve workplace issues.
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures effectively.
• Support management in HR reporting and related matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of practical HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong skills in organization and administration.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
