Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager position is a full-time, onsite role located in Hyderabad. This role entails managing essential HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance review processes, developing and enforcing company policies, administering training initiatives, and making sure all employment practices comply with legal requirements. The HR Manager will lead talent acquisition, onboarding procedures, uphold and nurture organizational culture, oversee employee benefit programs, and conduct regular evaluations of employees' progress. Acting as a strategic collaborator, the role involves working closely with company leadership to shape effective workforce planning and cultivate a positive working environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proficient in all aspects of Human Resources management including recruitment, engagement, and performance oversight
• Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation, compliance frameworks, and policy formulation
• Excellent communication skills coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal competence
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs, fostering team-building activities, and enhancing workplace culture
• Capability to make informed decisions based on data, alongside strong organizational and administrative skills
• Adeptness at functioning effectively within fast-paced, dynamic work settings
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous
• Professional background of 3 to 5 years as an HR Manager
• Prior exposure to digital marketing environments or AI-enhanced workplaces is a beneficial asset
