This permanent full-time position is based in Sydney CBD with a hybrid working arrangement. The role holds the highest People & Culture leadership position and involves close collaboration with the CFO, CEO, and senior leaders across a diverse global workforce including locations in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Philippines, and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
This hands-on opportunity encompasses managing employment contracts, performance management, employee relations, policy formulation, compliance adherence, organizational design, HR systems management, and payroll oversight. A commercial, pragmatic approach blended with empathy suits this tech-savvy yet people-centered environment.
