Human Resources Manager

About the Role

An established multinational industrial company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager. This position demands a strategic mindset focusing on HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, and operational HR leadership within an international workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to formulate HR strategies, workforce planning, organizational enhancements, talent initiatives, and change management programs.
• Drive initiatives concerning employee engagement, performance appraisals, succession, retention, and development across the company.
• Manage HR functions including day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, policy implementation, recruitment processes, administrative duties, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labour Law.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 10 years of comprehensive HR experience, with proven background in HR management or leadership roles.
• Solid expertise as an HR generalist combined with strategic HR acumen, in-depth familiarity with Saudi Labour Law, and the capability to operate effectively within a matrix and multicultural international environment.
• Excellent leadership qualities and stakeholder management skills; fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Experience in an industrial sector is highly desirable along with the demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruitment and staffing.
