Overview
The Human Resources Lead will collaborate closely with senior executives and heads of business units to formulate, develop, and implement robust people strategies. These strategies aim to align the organizational structure, company culture, and talent resources with key business objectives. In this pivotal leadership capacity, you will oversee talent management, performance evaluation, employee engagement, as well as compensation and benefits programs. Additionally, you'll provide comprehensive oversight of employee relations, HR governance, and administrative functions across designated countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to determine strategic talent requirements and forecast workforce needs to ensure alignment with functional and corporate goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to secure top-tier talent matching organizational culture and build strong future talent pipelines.
- Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing business outcomes by improving performance and recognizing behaviors aligned with leadership values; analyze HR metrics and exit data to identify retention risks and deploy effective retention strategies.
- Lead organizational design and talent review processes at the subsidiary level to ensure development initiatives meet local and global directives.
- Support business leaders in providing impactful career development opportunities aligned with future business needs and individual growth, overseeing training program execution and assessing their effectiveness.
- Drive the annual salary review process and innovate reward frameworks that incentivize performance and boost employee engagement; collaborate with regional and global teams to tailor compensation to market dynamics.
- Provide executive advice on market trends, perform benchmarking and internal equity analyses to maintain competitive and fair compensation structures.
- Oversee the approval process of incentive payments and design of sales incentive plans to ensure they align with organizational goals and approvals.
- Promote a high-performance culture by refining performance management processes, working alongside department leaders to translate strategies into impactful results.
- Manage performance review cycles, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and annual evaluations, ensuring fairness and motivation across teams.
- Lead corporate culture transformation efforts to enhance employee engagement and productivity; analyze workplace environment and implement improvements, including modern collaboration tools.
- Develop mechanisms for ongoing employee feedback and implement communication channels enabling leaders to effectively engage with their teams.
- Hold ultimate responsibility for delivering high-quality HR services and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of relevant human resources experience, including senior leadership or management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to handle HR analytics and executive presentations.

- Excellent strategic planning and organizational capabilities to handle complex HR projects across multiple business units.
