About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on exposure to various facets of human resources management within a prestigious global real estate brand. As an intern, you will participate in the entire recruitment lifecycle by assisting with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates. You will also coordinate communications with applicants and maintain detailed interview documentation.

In addition, you will support the onboarding and induction of new employees to ensure smooth integration. The role requires upkeep and management of employee records and HR databases, including regular updates to HRMS for attendance and leave data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Routine administrative HR duties will also be part of your responsibilities.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Delhi.
• Should be able to commence the internship between August 19, 2026, and September 23, 2026.
• Commitment to the entire 3-month duration is mandatory.
• Applicants must possess relevant skills and interest in HR functions.
