This internship offers hands-on experience assisting HR functions within a leading media and production company based in Mumbai, focused on entertainment content across television, film, and digital platforms. It provides exposure to various stages of recruitment, employee record management, and coordination with different teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing from portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate interviews.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules, liaising between candidates and management.
- Maintain and update employee information and HR databases diligently.
- Assist with onboarding procedures, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and employee data records.
- Contribute to preparing HR reports and regular updates.
- Coordinate with various branch teams regarding HR needs.
- Help enforce company HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries and provide necessary coordination.
Who Can Apply
Candidates eligible for this internship must be able to work full-time on-site, begin between August 31, 2026 and October 5, 2026, commit to a four-month duration, and possess relevant skills and interests in human resources.
Stipend and Benefits
An internship stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to 12,000 per month will be provided. Additional perks include a certificate upon completion, a letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours.
