Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new employees to integrate seamlessly into the organization.
- Administer exit processes including conducting exit interviews and processing exit documentation efficiently.
- Address and resolve worker grievances in a timely manner to uphold a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Keep precise attendance tracking and aid in overseeing employee scheduling.
- Assist the HR team with administrative duties including documentation, data entry, and coordination of meetings.
- Contribute to team projects aimed at refining HR workflows and enhancing operational procedures.
- Gain thorough insight into HR functions and build valuable professional experience.
