Internship Role and Responsibilities
This internship offers a dynamic role for individuals interested in Human Resources. Selected interns will actively support the HR department by managing various recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and preliminary candidate assessments. They will also assist in onboarding new colleagues and facilitating smooth transitions for those exiting the company. The role involves working collaboratively with HR professionals to develop compelling content for internal communications and corporate announcements. Additionally, interns will research current HR best practices to inform strategic decisions and provide administrative assistance by maintaining organized records, databases, and handling employee inquiries.
