Join as an Engagement Specialist Intern working remotely, where your primary responsibility will be conducting structured telephonic exit interviews to uncover genuine employee feedback and attrition reasons. You will build trust, gather clear data, and analyze feedback to help organizations understand factors influencing employee turnover.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone interviews with employees following a predefined questionnaire.
- Establish rapport to elicit candid and meaningful responses.
- Determine core causes leading to employees leaving the organization.
- Explore in-depth factors triggering the decision to exit.
- Prepare clear and concise summaries based on interview data.
- Maintain high data quality and accuracy standards.
- Achieve daily targets of completing 7 to 9 exit interviews from a designated list.
