About the Role
We are inviting applications for a meticulous and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This full-time position entails supporting daily HR functions encompassing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, administrative duties, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in talent sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job openings.
- Arrange interview schedules and maintain communication with prospective employees.
- Contribute to creating job descriptions and publishing vacancy announcements.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and orientation for newly hired employees.
- Keep employee records current and organized using HRIS and physical files.
- Prepare essential HR documentation such as employment agreements, official letters, and certificates.
- Manage visa-related operations including applications for new visas, renewals, cancellations, and status updates.
- Coordinate required medical testing and Emirates ID processing as part of visa procedures.
- Monitor expiration dates of visas and work permits, implementing timely renewal actions.
- Ensure the accurate processing of leave requests, attendance data, and other employee information.
- Assist in payroll data entry and prepare monthly HR reports.
- Support employee engagement activities and organize company events.
- Address employee questions related to HR policies and benefit programs.
- Aid in managing employee grievances and fostering a constructive workplace atmosphere.
- Guarantee compliance of HR protocols with local labor laws.
- Track and manage mandatory employee certifications and training sessions (OHC, BFH, PIC, First Aid, Fire Safety) including expiry and renewals.
- Maintain certification records and facilitate compliance reporting.
- Participate in generating reports on headcount, employee turnover, and HR performance metrics.
- Support internal reviews and audits of HR documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a comparable HR role.
- Solid knowledge of HR functions and UAE labor laws or applicable local legislation.
- Strong organizational and communication capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems.
- Discreet handling of sensitive information is essential.
- Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage sector is mandatory.
- Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively.
