Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, gathering feedback, finalizing selections, and preparing offer letters.
• Manage employee lifecycle tasks such as onboarding, documentation, orientation, maintenance of employee records, handling HR inquiries, and managing exit formalities with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify workforce needs, align recruitment efforts, and ensure timely hiring across teams.
• Maintain and interpret recruitment and HR reports, monitor candidate pipelines and interview feedback, and provide insights to enhance hiring and HR decision-making.
• Lead employee engagement programs and HR initiatives including team building activities, internal communications, campus recruitment drives, fostering a positive and well-structured work environment.

Recruitment Criteria

Applicants must have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in HR functions.

Number of openings available: 25. The role is based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and requires onsite presence. Candidates should be available to start immediately.
