Job description
Role Overview
As the Human Resources Director, you will align HR policies and systems with the company's strategic goals to enhance organizational effectiveness. You will design and implement comprehensive HR strategies including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, compensation, and career development, ensuring proper enforcement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the human resource management framework in line with corporate strategies, continuously updating HR models to suit evolving needs.
- Support the regional general manager by strengthening HR management and development, managing costs efficiently, and boosting competitive advantage.
- Plan and execute talent development and succession programs tailored to industry features and company growth, fostering motivation and maximizing talent potential.
- Work periodically with department leaders to review and update organizational structures and staffing plans, aiming to maintain efficiency and standards.
- Lead talent selection and pooling initiatives to build a robust internal talent pipeline.
- Drive corporate culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational cohesion.
- Provide senior leadership with strategic advice on HR management and organizational development to support critical business decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Enterprise Management, Human Resource Management or related fields preferred.
- Experience: Minimum three years as an HR director at a large private enterprise, preferably within the retail luxury sector such as watches, jewelry, or leather goods.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functional areas with familiarity with national policies, laws, and regulations.
- Proven track record in HR planning, system establishment, implementation, and strategic project development.
- Strong planning and execution skills with a high degree of professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, skilled at talent recognition, motivation, and team management.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to handle complex challenges.
