Position Overview

The Human Resources Director for the Machine Vision Cameras division at Teledyne Digital Imaging will play a central role in cultivating talent, leadership, and organizational excellence supporting innovation and sustainable growth. This role involves partnering directly with senior management to influence business strategies and build a future-ready workforce in a global technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent strategy alignment.
  • Lead talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development efforts.
  • Create strategies to close critical skills gaps and address future workforce requirements.
  • Leverage workforce analytics and talent data to inform decision-making.
  • Promote employee engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness programs.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and align stakeholders accordingly.
  • Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and oversee performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and human rights policies.
  • Participate in compensation planning, budgeting, and organizational structuring decisions.
  • Work closely with global HR teams to implement crucial HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong business acumen with the capability to align human resources initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership in talent management, workforce planning, and change management projects.
  • Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience within human resources.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in complex, global organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline required.
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology, or industrial sectors.
