Job description
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director who will serve as a champion for employees and a catalyst for organizational change. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing, and evaluating the company's human resource functions and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of talent acquisition, employee career progression, succession planning, retention strategies, training, and leadership development.
- Serve as a strategic human capital advisor to senior management, providing insight and guidance on HR-related matters.
- Create and implement policies, programs, and initiatives to enhance existing procedures and promote uniformity throughout the organization.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation schemes ensuring they are cost-effective and appealing to attract and retain top talent.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR, preferably within a service-driven business environment, combining corporate experience with line management exposure.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage workload efficiently.
