Human Resources Consultant

Overview

This role requires an experienced HR generalist to deliver top-tier consultancy across various HR domains including strategy, organizational design, compensation, policies, talent management, and HR analytics, among others. The consultant will utilize artificial intelligence tools to enhance research, analysis, solution development, and project execution while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and client suitability of outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end HR consultancy projects tailored to client needs and business goals.
• Perform diagnostics, audits, gap analyses, and develop evidence-based recommendations and implementation plans.
• Provide expert, practical advice on multiple HR topics.
• Stay current on HR trends and advancements to inform project work.
• Engage with multiple client projects simultaneously across various HR disciplines.
• Contribute to strategy formulation, structure design, workforce planning, compensation frameworks, policy development, performance management, competency frameworks, job descriptions, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR data analysis.
• Utilize advanced Excel and other analytic tools to evaluate compensation and workforce data, producing clear actionable reports for clients.
• Leverage generative AI and advanced prompting methods to augment research, problem-solving, content creation, and delivery while critically validating AI outputs and managing associated risks.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Business, Management, or Organizational Psychology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant HR experience with a preference for consultancy or professional services.
• Proven track record in managing HR projects and delivering high-quality client documentation including reports and presentations.
• Strong generalist HR expertise and demonstrated competence in analyzing workforce data.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in a professional capacity is highly advantageous.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC region is desirable but not mandatory.
