Overview

MUA Mauritius & East Africa is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to spearhead our Compensation & Benefits initiatives. This critical role focuses on shaping and implementing equitable, market-competitive, and performance-centric reward systems to enhance employee motivation and retention, while closely aligning compensation practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee salary review processes and compensation cycles effectively.
• Develop and refine employee benefits programs to optimize value and satisfaction.
• Design and execute performance-related reward schemes to drive organizational success.
• Provide insights through HR analytics, maintaining dashboards and reporting relevant data.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and maintain internal equity within all HR practices.

Candidate Profile

• At least 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources with significant focus on Compensation & Benefits.
• Possess strong analytical capabilities to convert complex data into strategic actions.
• In-depth knowledge of performance review and reward frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders and implement change initiatives.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, legal compliance, and employment regulations.
• Exemplify high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all dealings.
