About the Role

ITEC CONSTRUCTIONS is seeking an experienced, people-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Dubai. This role requires partnering closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies focused on enhancing employee engagement, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting talent development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and managers to comprehend business goals and translate them into actionable HR strategies.
• Deliver strategic and operational HR support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Assist in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development projects.
• Lead initiatives enhancing employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
• Advise leadership on employee relations, HR policies, and workplace issues.
• Support learning and development programs to boost organizational capabilities.
• Analyze HR metrics to provide insights aiding people-related decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal employment standards.
• Work collaboratively with HR teams on recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, and employee development.
• Participate in HR projects that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of advancing HR experience, especially as an HR Business Partner or a similar function.
• In-depth expertise in HR practices, employee relations, performance, and talent management.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and employees across various levels.
• Proven success working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Professional HR certifications like CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI considered advantageous.
