Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role

Join Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Human Resources Business Partner at our Letterkenny Global Delivery Center, offering a hybrid work model with 3-4 days onsite at the TCS office. Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous enhancement of HR services by proposing, developing, and taking ownership of people-related initiatives and process improvements.
• Lead efforts to retain and engage skilled talent within the organization.
• Collaborate effectively with both global and local HR and business stakeholders to implement organizational initiatives.
• Provide expert HR support to employees and management across Business and IT service units to foster a resilient, diverse, and collaborative workplace culture.
• Partner across HR functions to deliver business-aligned HR services including talent and performance management, employee relations, change management, employee networks, and corporate sustainability.
• Conduct regular meetings (weekly or biweekly) with business units to facilitate HR communication and strategy.
• Offer proactive advice, coaching, and guidance to leaders, managers, and associates for ongoing operational needs.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, develop programs, and provide data-driven recommendations to business and functional leaders.
• Manage complex employee relations issues; conduct objective investigations including grievance and disciplinary processes.
• Advise on matters related to performance management, coaching, counseling, career development, probation and absence management.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with organizational needs, legislation changes, and best practices adoption.
• Support business restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in employee relations roles.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to build trust and effective relationships at all organizational levels.
• Analytical skills to interpret data trends and propose actionable solutions.
• Capability to influence and drive results in a demanding, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Experience working independently in a flexible, global setting managing multiple priorities.
