Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role

Our client, a prominent multinational company, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join their team at the Osnabrück site. This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour workweek within the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to managers and employees on all aspects of human resources and employment law, acting as a strategic business partner.
• Lead recruitment efforts and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Collaborate closely with the works council, local leadership, and various stakeholders.
• Oversee all phases of the employee lifecycle to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure that HR procedures comply fully with labour laws, collective bargaining agreements, and existing works agreements.
• Manage HR processes comprehensively and efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• Multiple years of professional experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the industrial sector.
• Strong and detailed understanding of employment law and collective bargaining regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously, taking full responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, complemented by strong communication and advisory abilities, strategic insight, and a collaborative work attitude.
• Proficiency with IT tools such as MS Office and SAP.
